snow cream
With an abundance of the white stuff all around, we took advantage of it and made some snow-cream (for you southerners, that is ice cream made of snow).
Dave had his first snow cream and loved it!
Now, if we get sick...you know it's from all the pollution in the air that ended up on the snow that we ate. :)
